He was predeceased by: his siblings-in-law, Charles F. and Pastor Albert S. "Buddy"; his mother Mabel Fannon of Bloomingburg; his siblings, John W. of London, Judith Taniguchi (Ken) of Westerville, Mary Manson of Grove City and Betty Fannon of Bloomingburg; and also Sandra Fannon, Jr..

He is survived by: his sister-in-law JoAnn Fannon of London. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
