He was predeceased by: his father John Cook of Bloomingburg. He is survived by: his mother Karen Cook of Bloomingburg; and his sister Mindy Cook of Bloomingburg. He is also survived by Several cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nephews and God Children.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Roberts Funeral Home & Cremation Services (509 Washington Ave, Washington Court House, OH 43160). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
