She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis Ison and Suzie Ison. She is survived by: her husband Robert L. Lewis; her children, Arlene Sue Gillum (Paul) of Ray, Ohio. and Darvis Coffey, Jr. of Ray, Ohio.; her grandchildren, Tabatha Sue Fotinakis (Peter), Paul Tyler Gillum (Danielle) and Heather Dalton (Danny); her great grandchild Jesse Dalton; and her siblings, Robert, Joyce, Darrell 'Deanie', Christine and Angie. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and extended family.
