He is survived by: his parent Agnes Fleak; his wife Betty Lou Bennington Fleak; his children, Larry Dean Fleak (Marva), Jerry Fleak (Robin), Donnie Fleak (Tonya), Amy Foster, Mary Lemaster (Steve), Eric Fleak (Angela) and Larry James Fleak (Amber); his siblings, Bill Applegate (Wanda), Ruth Wilson (Larry), Charlie Applegate (Anna Jo), Tim Bechmann (Tina), Anita Bechmann, Dorothy Coffey (Ray) and Barbara Brown (Dickey); and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Speakman, Mary Ann Cockerill and Robert Mitchell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
