He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Thomas; his children, Todd Morris of Greenfield, Angela Gilpen (Joe), John Bolen (Lisa), Michael Bolen, Jr. and Anita Carson (Tim) of Bloomingburg; his grandchildren, Jared, Todd Jr., Adam, Ronnie Morris, Ashley Shaffer (Josh), Mandee Leach (Timmy), Derek Gilpen, Jacob Bolen, Chyna Engle (Trent), Dylan and Dalton Carson; his brothers, Howard and Phillip Morris; his close friend Charles Akers; and his brother-in-law Dennis Potter. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
