Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Smith-Crates Funeral Home (515 N Main St, North Baltimore, OH 45872). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
