He is survived by: his children, John Johnson (Regina) and Angela France (Dave); his former wife Donna Johnson; his grandchildren, Krista Burgan (Chris), Corey Johnson (Sarah), Anna France and Aric France; his great grandchildren, Haylie, Emilie, Hunter Burgan, Alyssa and Lilliana Johnson; and his nieces, Tami and Amy. He is also survived by many relatives and dear friends.
