He is survived by: his wife Neva J. Tosh; his children, Brian D. Tosh (Amy) of Morrow, OH and Karen Akel (Jeff) of Lexington, KY; his brother John S. Tosh (Kay) of Ligonier, PA; and his sister-in-law Edna Tosh of Ligonier, PA. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
