He was predeceased by: his wife Deborah Reed Hicks; and his parents, George "Bunk" Hicks Jr. and Judith Asher Hicks. He is survived by: his children, Tracy Phillips (Buddy) of Blanchester, Ohio and Steven Hicks (Amber) of Wilmington, Ohio; his sister-in-law Maria Reed of Florida; his grandchildren, Shanda Hall, Brandon Hall (Shelby), Elijah Hicks, Andrew Hicks, Jaylee Hicks, Colston Hicks, Charlee Hicks, Brynlee Hicks and Justin Mullins (Laura); his great grandchildren, Brandon Hall Jr., Dede Brunk and Lillian Hall; and his son Brandon Hicks. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
