He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Fisher and Anna Fisher (Moon); and his siblings, Robert Fisher, Darrell Fisher and Marlene Broerman (Frank).

He is survived by: his wife Eva Highley; and his children, Michael Fisher, Victoria Privett (Vicki), Richard K. Fisher and John Fisher (Patty). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren, and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
