She is survived by: her parents, Fred Brown and Hazel Brown (McCleese); her children, Carl Franklin of Hillsboro, Tim Franklin (Lisa) of Jackson and Debbie Odom (Denny) of Blanchester; and her siblings, Bernard Brown (Bonnie) of Peebles and Wanda Shelton (Richard) of Seaman. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; along with many other dear family and friends.
