He is survived by: his parents, James M. Conley and Teresa Conley; his wife Elizabeth Conley; his daughter Riley Conley; his brothers, Stephen L. Conley (Christina), James E. Conley II (Nicole) and Kevin T. Conley; his grandmother Mary Ann Long; his parents-in-law, Frederick and Janet Freeman; his brothers-in-law, Jonathan Freeman (Kaitlin) and Andrew Freeman (Joey); his nieces and nephews, Racheal, Quinn, Eden, Tate and Emmett; and his grandparents-in-law, William and Sylvia Freeman. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
