He is survived by: his wife Caroline Dunham; his children, Karen Creager (Chris), Michelle Fleming (Scott), Melanie Walters (James) and Matthew Dunham; and his siblings, Donald Dunham (Rebecca), Robert Dunham (Debbie), James Dunham (Janet), Jeffrey Dunham, Gladys Addison and Sue Howell (Mike). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
