With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Magdalene Patrick of Blanchester, Ohio, born in Mount Sterling, Kentucky, who passed away on November 18, 2023 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Townsend and Lissie Townsend (Banks); and her husband Wallace Ray Patrick. She is survived by: her children, Wayne "Bub" Patrick (Marianne) of Bethel, Tammy Sherwood (Shane) of Blanchester and Tina Shipley (J. R.) of Bloomington, Indiana; her grandchildren, Jeff Smallwood, Curtis Patrick (Sam), Chelsea Sherwood, Ivory Brewer (Bobby), Chazz Sherwood (Tori), Harley Patrick (McKenzie), Ashley Patrick and Jared Shipley; her great grandchildren, Colton, Layla of Jameson, JR, Ryder, Logan, Damian, Scarlet, Rylee, Carson and Michael; her brother Billy Joe Townsend of Blanchester; her caregiver Mollie Smith; and also Betty Betuel.
The family asks that memorial donations be directed to the Wilmington Church of the Nazarene, 2193 Wayne Road, Wilmington, Ohio 45177.
