She is survived by: her significant other Pam Worthington of Blanchester; her children, Timothy Luikart (Jennifer) of Draper, Tabitha Luikart (Renee) of West Chester, Katrina Luikart (Christal) of Trenton and Cameron Worthington of Blanchester; and her grandchildren, Wesley Luikart, Ryan Bennett and Sara Bennett. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
