He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter B. Simpson and Violet Simpson; and his siblings, Robert R. Simpson, Mary Chittum (Ralph), Edna Jasper (Earl), Donna Murphy (Robert), Marjorie Lucas (Hartley), Betty Grossnickle (Lawrence) and Walter L. Simpson.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Jacquelyn Simpson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
