He was predeceased by: his father Norman Holbrook. He is survived by: his mother Mollie B. Holbrook (Smith); his wife Betty Jean Holbrook; his children, John Thomas Holbrook (Krystal Mossbarger) and Tammy Lynette Bardeche (Ludovic); his grandchildren, Austen Thompson, Molly Holbrook, Wyatt Combs, Lance Combs, Katie Redman, Gabe Bardeche and Lexi Bardeche; and his brother Kenny Holbrook (Tammy). He is also survived by sister, Donna (Wayne) Back; ten nieces and nephews.
