She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mabley and Margaret Mabley; her husband James W. Ballard Sr.; her sons, James W. Ballard Jr. and Donald Marty Ballard; and her great grandchild Michael Douglas Ballard.
She is survived by: her sons, John Michael Ballard Sr. and Kenneth Russell Ballard; and her grandchildren, John Michael Ballard Jr., Billie Michelle, Rebecca Lin, Carrie Danielle and Brandon Seth. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
