He was predeceased by: his sister Helen Williams; and his parents, Howard Wilson Higginbotham and Orpha Higginbotham. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Alice Higginbotham; his children, Marty Higginbotham (Dorothy), Matthew Higginbotham (Bonnie), Myron Higginbotham and Misty Higginbotham; his grandchildren, Adam Higginbotham, Cameron Higginbotham, Zackery Higginbotham, Wolf, Deana Stark and Dana Mae; his great grandchildren, Oliver Higginbotham and Madison Higginbotham; and his sisters, Carolyn Jennings (LeRoy), Judith Lucas and Betty Jones. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends.
