He was predeceased by: his wife Sylvia P. Manning; and his parents, Homer Manning and Laura Manning. He is survived by: his children, Dave Manning, Robin Manning, Tony Manning and Joe Manning; and his grandchildren, Mira Cook, David Manning, Ashley Rogers, Tony Manning, Joe Manning and Whitney Manning.
