We are sad to announce that on December 23, 2021, at the age of 98, Helen R. West of Blanchester, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Olinger and Mattie Olinger; her former husband James C. West, Sr.; her son Steven West; and her son-in-law Jon Detwiler.

She is survived by: her husband Clarence; her children, James C. West, Jr. (Sheila), Samuel West (Patricia), Janet Detwiler and Debbie Ehling (John); her grandchildren, James West III (Kim), Robert West (Lori), Sandra Brown, Tanya Gemmer (Pete), Laura McManis (Patrick), Jeff Detwiler (Aurelia), Jason Detwiler (Christina), Tiffany Nation (Matt), Kristi Jones (Matt) and Joshua Ehling; and her nieces, Betty Williams and Pam Teague. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
