He is survived by: his children, Debbie Mason, Ronnie Hodge and David Hodge; his stepchildren, Pam Hodge, Bev Hargis and Bill Fyffe; his grandchildren, Angelia, Michael, Josh, Zach, Joey, Rachel, Rebekah, Brittany, Sara, George, Sandy and Stephanie; his stepgrandchildren, Brandy, Tonya, Kirstin and Wyatt; and his siblings, Lewis Hodge, Dallas Hodge, Phyllis Murphy and Ruth Eighmy.
