He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond and Helena; and his siblings, Larry, Robert and Darlene.
He is survived by: his children, Belinda (Ron), Jeremy (Emily) and Jason; his grandchildren, Felicia, Austin, Greg, Maizie and Elsie; his great grandchildren, Weston and Everly; and his siblings, Margaret, Donald and Debbie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to Hospice of Cincinnati.
