She is survived by: her husband James Smith; her children, Melissa Pfeiffer (Jon) of Midland, Travis Smith (Denise) of Blanchester, Jesse Smith (Jennifer) of Lynchburg and Gene Smith (Beth) of Blanchester, Ohio; her grandchildren, Carrie Smith of Blanchester, Andy Smith of Midland, Brittney Simmons (Logan) of Lynchburg, Luke Smith of Blanchester, Brandon Peters (Roshell) of Lynchburg, John Lake of Blanchester, Madison Lake of Lynchburg, Savannah Smith of Lynchburg, Josie of Midland, Jude of Midland, Madeline of Midland and Cory Pfeiffer of Midland; and also Mallory Simmons of Lynchburg, Ohio..
