He was predeceased by: his parents, Agustine Williams and Dorothy Williams; his former wife Gertrude Williams (Nuss); and his siblings, Lucille Bartels, Ruth Maddox, Alvin Williams and Glenn Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki Williams; his children, Elmer Williams, Jr., Trudy Fricke (Steve), Todd Anna Harding "Anne", Tara Taylor (Tim), Tim Williams (Carolyn), Rachael Williams and Audra Drennan (John); his grandchildren, Adam Fricke, Keturah Janis, Mason Harding, Andrew Harding, Vanessa Marcus, Aaron Jeffery, Daniel Taylor, Nathan Taylor, Melanie Taylor, April Williams, Charity Rivera, Luke Williams, Logan Williams, Aaron Williams, Ethan Williams, Braylon Adair, Jack Drennan and Eva Drennan; and his brother Ronald Williams. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
