He is survived by: his wife Angela Howard; his children, Rebecca McCarren (Lee) of Blanchester, Kathryn Smith of South Lebanon and James Ison of Middletown; his sisters, Linda Ledbetter (Dan) and Carla Ison; and his grandchildren, Jadacie Ison, Maya Ison and Victoria Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
