He is survived by: his wife Janet McClanahan; his children, Patrick McClanahan of Wrightsville and Kelly Pelfrey of Hernando Beach, Florida; his grandchildren, Joseph McClanahan (Amy), Brandy Strain (Bill), Douglas McClanahan (Paula) and Dale McClanahan (Erica); his great grandchildren, Dylan, Collin, Emily, Aniston, Olivia, Nora, Harper, Lincoln, Braylon and Dryden; his great great grandchild Karter Nicole; and his brother Ronald McClanahan of Cincinnati.
