H., Brandi Akers (Rob) of Hillsboro, Christopher Fulkerson (Celeena) of Hillsboro, Mindy Mudd (Pete) of Newburgh and John Hendrix of Blanchester; his grandchildren, Lindsey, Paislee, Jaylea, Mackenzie, Ryland, Wyatt, Bryer, Brianni, Andrew, Cadence, Chloe and Charlotte; his siblings, Ron Fulkerson (Helen Proctor) of Hillsboro, Roger Fulkerson (Tami) of New Market, Brian Fulkerson of Wilmington, Rebecca Shanks (Paul) of Hillsboro, Jeff Fulkerson of Hillsboro, Allison Elliott (Dave) of Hillsboro, Scott Fulkerson of Hillsboro and April Fulkerson (Jeremy Hiler) of Hillsboro; his parents-in-law, Robert and Joyce Palmer of Dover, Kentucky; and his brother Eric Reed. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends.
