He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bentley and Eva Bentley; and his former wife Una Lee Bentley. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Bentley; his children, Douglas Bentley (Debbie Tolle), Lynda Cothern (Charlie), Rochelle Schmid (Ed) and Dede Bentley Arnold; and his siblings, Dahlia Quillen (Kitty), Nora Violet Leach and Robert Bentley. He is also survived by six grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren.
