He was predeceased by: his parents, Estie Smith and Hazel Smith (Reveal); his son Cecil Smith; his grandson Dusty Smith; and his siblings, Jenny Morgan, Betty Hoffer, Jim Smith and Dickie Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Lou Moore Smith; his children, Henry Smith (Vera) of Lynchburg, OH, Tom Smith (Marie) of Midland, OH and Peggy Perkins (Jeff) of New Vienna, OH; his grandchildren, Gabby Smith, Kimmy Smith and Laura Turner (Scottie); his stepgrandchildren, Chris Buescher, Heather Buescher, Justin Buescher and Anthony Buescher; and his siblings, Diane Rayburn, Joann Woolums and Jessie Smith. He is also survived by his wife, other surviving family members.
