He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Bandow and Wally Bandow; his spouse Billie Bandow; his sons, Todd (Bobbie Bandow) and Doug (Stephanie Naylor); his grandchildren, Kelsey, Samantha "Corndog" Naylor, Natalie "Nat Bat" Naylor, Brant, Boy, Bryce "Hans" Bandow, Bryan, Rye, Brett "Bretters" Bandow, Sophia "Sofo" Bandow and Alia "Fluffy" Bandow; and his sisters, Doris Tenant and Susan Barr. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

His family requests memorials in his name be directed to the American Cancer Society.
