He was predeceased by: his son Theodore Meade. He is survived by: his wife Bulah Meade; his children, Cindy Lou Meade, Cecil Meade Jr. and Peggy Sue Sewell; and his brother James Meade. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild.
