He was predeceased by: his parents, William Napier and Virginia Mae Napier (Day); and his brother Eddie Napier. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Napier (Rhoads) of Blanchester; his daughter Brittany Napier of Blanchester; his siblings, June Clark (Ronald) of Wilmington and Roger Napier of Indiana; and also Lilly Wade. He is also survived by several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and great and great great, nieces and nephews.
