She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Moore and Lucille Moore (Shaffer); her husband Charles "Chuck" Smith; her son Cecil Smith; her grandson Dusty Smith; and her siblings, Harold Moore, Loraine and Margaret.
She is survived by: her children, Henry Smith (Vera) of Lynchburg, Tom Smith (Marie) of Midland and Peggy Perkins (Jeff) of New Vienna; her grandchildren, Gabby Smith, Kimmy Smith and Laura Smith; her stepgrandchildren, Chris Buescher, Heather Buescher, Justin Buescher, Anthony Buescher and Scottie Turner; her great grandchildren, Airrean, Khlowie, Trevor, Braydon, Frederick, Carson, Rayden, Ezmae, Dominic and Draco; and her sisters, Janet, Mary and Beverly.
