He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Ray and Alma Covert; and his granddaughters, Kathleen and Heather. He is survived by: his wife Margie Covert; his children, Kimberly Helton (Darvel), Charles Covert (Leslie), Karen Jordan (Orlan) and Vicki Collins (John); his grandchildren, Melissa, Melinda, Melanie, Kelly, Lynnae, Bethany, Phillip, Ryan and Megan; and his great grandchildren, Lukas, Liam, Briana, Frankie, Bronwyn, Ren, Ruby, Vera, DanniLynn, Robbie and Mann.
