He is survived by: his siblings, Donald Arthur Jr. (Frances) of West Portsmouth, Phillip Arthur (Lois) of West Portsmouth, Richard Arthur of Blanchester, Erma Dickison (Marion) of Blanchester and Betty Wurhmann (Jerome) of Wisconsin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
