She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Phelps and Alice Phelps; and her husband Bobby Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Jackie Lewis, Donna Larason (Gary), Bobby Lewis and David Lewis (Hieu); her grandchildren, Nicole Allen (Brian), Matthew Lewis (Amber), Candace Jones (Jamie), Timmy Drake, Allison Drake, Duyen Lewis, Nghi Lewis, Linh Lewis, Sang Lewis and Minh Lewis; her great grandchildren, Brianna Johnson, Alaina Johnson, Levi Jones, Everly Allen, Nate Hamm, Laura McMullen, Ally Hamm, Evelyn Lewis, Logan Lewis, Tristan Jones, Connor Jones, Aidan Jones, Rhys Jones, Miranda Allen and Evan Allen; and her great great grandchild Orion Hamm.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home (120 W Main St, Blanchester, OH 45107). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
