He was predeceased by: his siblings, Harry, Frank, Barbara, Brenda and Karen.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Allen; his sons, Timothy Wayne Allen (Ann), Kenny Dale Alllen (Peggy), Chris Robert Allen (Robin) and Steven Howard Allen (Vanessa); his sister Vernadene Tucker; his brothers-in-law, Roger Burton and David Malott; his grandchildren, Alyssa Allen, Emily Donohue (Kevin), Benjamin Allen (Khadija), Rachel Long (Justin), Gretchen Bradshaw, Alicia, Andres, Andrea and Alfred William Allen; his great grandchildren, Gavin, Finn, Caroline and Miles; and his cousins, Harold Allen, Roxanne Roberts, Walter Hildebrecht and Many. He is also survived by Many nieces and nephews.
