She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Ewing Bumgardner and Mildred Pearl Kettlewell Bumgardner; her husband Gerald L. Usenick Sr.; her granddaughter Amanda Lynn Usenick; and her great grandchild Chloe Lynn Lovell.
She is survived by: her sons, Gerald Usenick (Bridget) of Belmont, Larry Usenick (Karen) of Glencoe and Dave Usenick (Rachelle) of Blaine; and her siblings, Marvin Bumgardner, Chester Bumgardner, Lawrence Bumgardner, Sara Jane Rebecca (Louis), Lara Belle Crow (Greg) and Deborah Lawrence (Tom).
