He is survived by: his wife Linda Charlton (Etring); and his children, Erma Zann (Tim) of St. Clairsville, Marcey Wetzel (Dan) of Mechanicsburg, OH, Matt Charlton (Kelli) of St. Clairsville and Michelle Hill (Rick) of Titusville, FL. He is also survived by grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
