She is survived by: her father Maynard Phillis of Newark; her son Daniel Salmons (Melissa) of Martinsburg; her grandson AJ Salmons of Martinsburg; and her brothers, Dale Phillis (Nancy) of Zanesville, Dave Phillis (Mary) of Zanesville and Darren Phillis of Walhonding. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
