She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Mahoney and Elizabeth Mahoney (Barry); her husband Charles "Chuck" Pejsa; and her siblings, Frank and Betty Lou.

She is survived by: her children, Debbie Beljin (Zika), Karen Jesser (Ed) and Joe Pejsa (Tracy); and her sisters, Rosemary Svec, Kathleen Koval and Joann Novak. She is also survived by Nine grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren.
