She was predeceased by: her parents, Andy Kiger and Agnes Kiger (Price); her husband Albert S. Winke; and her daughter Cindy Lou Winke. She is survived by: her sons, Phil Winke (Penny Krebs) of Bladensburg and David Winke (Michele) of Mount Vernon; her grandchildren, Ashley Geopfert (Jim) and Blake Winke; her great grandchildren, Sophia and Alivia Johnson; and her siblings, Don Kiger of Florida and Saundra Shaffer of Newark. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
