She is survived by: her sons, Chris Herbert of Orlando, FL and Andy Herbert (Sarah) of Blacklick; her grandsons, Michael, Patrick and Connor; and her brothers, Pete (Cathy Doll), Donald (Susan Frantz) and Jeff (Stacy Frantz).
The family is asking that in lieu of flowers, a donation is made in her name to a charity of their choice.
