She is survived by : her grandfather Roy Lee (Barb); her parents, Todd Lee and Lisa Lee; her siblings, Cassie Hoosier and Josh Rupe (Trina); her nieces and nephews, Jordan Hoosier, Logan Hoosier (Ellie), Peytan Collinsworth, Tristen Schmidt and Dante Hoosier-Torres; her uncles, Troy Lee, Andy Sloman and Randy Lee (Stephanie); and her aid Sharon Balaban.
