She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Lassel; her parents, Georg Sollner and Susanna Sollner (Hartig); and her sister Rosie. She is survived by: her sons, Michael (Rena Lassel), Carl (Laurie Lassel), John (Marcia Lassel) and Steve (Dee Lassel); her grandchildren, Michele, Danelle, Simon (Erin Lassel), Ben (Jill Lassel), Krista (Jake Toms) and Zach Buchanan; her great grandchildren, Braxton, Bentley, Madyn Wagner, Cameron Buchanan and Craig Lassel; and her sister Susanna Karst.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Maria's name to Central Ohio Diabetes Association, 1100 Dennison Ave., Columbus, Ohio 43201 (Donation envelopes will be at the funeral home).
