She is survived by: her father Billie Payne; her husband Joseph Sayre; her daughter Stella Sayre; her siblings, Bill Payne, Deborah Johnson (James), Donald Payne (Winnie) and Des'Aray Karr (Ryan); her parents-in-law, Art and Shirley Sayre; and her siblings-in-law, Rachel Sayre, Julianna Lingo (Todd) and Alex Sayre. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
