She was predeceased by: her father James Locklear; and her siblings, Carolyn Thacker, Debra Scherer, Stephen Locklear and Richard Locklear.

She is survived by: her husband Eric A. Clark; her daughters, Erica Clark and Victoria Clark; and her sister Janet Locklear.
