R.) and Stephanie Spencer (John); his grandchildren, Bryson Childress, Brittany Baker (George), Austin Spencer, Lauren Barker (Ryan) and Erin Spencer; his brother Bobby Davis (Patsy); his stepdaughters, Debbie Hazell (Paul) and Pam Crouse; and his stepgrandchildren, Murphy, Keira Hazell, Matthew, Andrew and Bradley Crouse.
