It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Benny Lee Davis (Blacklick, Ohio), born in Elkin, North Carolina, who passed away on May 11, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Thomas Davis and Verlie Davis (Luffman); his wife Wanda; his daughters, Gina Childress (J. R.) and Stephanie Spencer (John); his grandchildren, Bryson Childress, Brittany Baker (George), Austin Spencer, Lauren Barker (Ryan) and Erin Spencer; his brother Bobby Davis (Patsy); his stepdaughters, Debbie Hazell (Paul) and Pam Crouse; and his stepgrandchildren, Murphy, Keira Hazell, Matthew, Andrew and Bradley Crouse.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to his church: Eastpointe Christian Church, 745 N. Waggoner Rd., Blacklick, OH 43004.
