He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Halliwell and Mary Louise Halliwell; and his sisters, Rita Bersch and Alice Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Halliwell of Birmingham; and his children, Raymond "Skip" Halliwell, Jr. (Darlene) of Birmingham, David Halliwell (Becky) of Norwalk, Cindy Brown (Steve) of Brooklyn, Gail Walker (Kelly) of Vermilion and Laurie Lee (Donnie) of Birmingham. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren; and 23 great grandchildren.
Friends and family who want to come are welcome to attend, but due to Covid-19, we are asking that people be careful to maintain social distancing, wear masks, and refrain from embracing.
